FreePrints App Review | Photo Print Quality

I’m all about prints. Archival quality, gorgeous lasting perfectly rendered and tones prints are so gorgeous! I did after all learn photography in an actual dark room with silver gelatin black and white printing on fiber based paper – gorgeous! I also loved color processing and doing my own color printing as well.  I talk more about considering where to get your prints from under my wedding pro advice page

Quick and Simple Way to Get Prints

That said, sometimes though I just want a quick and simple way to get all these fun photos off my iphone and into my hands without a lot of fuss. I don’t plan to keep these forever but I do like to have them on the coffee table and readily available to send to grandma.

I just tried out the FreePrints App that I found hunting for a quick and easy way to send photos from my phone straight to print. Here are my thoughts and you can view a video of me opening up my first order.

6 Reasons I like the FreePrints App

1- The interface is INCREDIBLY easy – peasy

2- I love that I can pull in my photos from virtually anywhere including Instagram, Google, my camera roll, Dropbox and more.

3- I only pay for shipping and it’s never more than $9.99

4- Prints are on Kodak or Fuji paper

5- There are a variety of photo size and photo finish options

6- I had an issue with one print and with a few emails to support they were quick to offer a free shipping credit to resolve the issue – well done!
